  1. A carrier account is hijacked

    Thieves take over a legitimate carrier's dispatch-platform login and request loads under that carrier's name and MC#.

  2. The load goes to an impostor

    The broker assigns the vehicle to what looks like a trusted carrier. VIN, pickup address and release details go straight to the thieves.

  3. The wrong driver picks it up

    A different truck arrives with matching paperwork. The gate checks the documents, releases the vehicle — and it's gone before anyone notices.

  • HaulProof sends transactional messages only: pickup and delivery verification notices, confirmation requests, and one-time passcodes.
  • Carrier and driver users provide and confirm their phone number during account signup.
  • Pickup- and delivery-location contacts receive notices only for the shipments they are part of, initiated by the shipping order.
  • Pilot applicants who opt in on this page may receive texts to schedule their call.
