These terms apply to your use of haulproof.net and to applications for the HaulProof founding pilot. HaulProof is a trade name of MESK Innovations LTD, a Delaware corporation ("HaulProof," "we," "us").
1. The pilot
Submitting an application does not create a customer relationship or guarantee acceptance. Participation in the pilot, and use of the HaulProof service, will be governed by a separate written agreement that you sign before use. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls.
2. What HaulProof is — and isn't
HaulProof is a verification and alerting tool. It is not insurance, not a guarantee of any carrier's or driver's identity or conduct, and not a substitute for your own carrier vetting and security practices. HaulProof verifies against its own records and does not warrant the accuracy of any dispatch platform's data.
3. Website content
The website describes HaulProof as it is being developed; features may change before or during the pilot. Website content is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
4. Intellectual property
HaulProof, the HaulProof name and logo, and all website content are owned by MESK Innovations LTD. The HaulProof verification system is patent pending. Don't copy, scrape or reverse-engineer the site or service. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
5. Acceptable use
Don't submit false information, impersonate anyone, attempt to access systems without authorization, or use the site to build a competing product.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HaulProof is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of vehicles, profits or data, arising from your use of this website. Our total liability relating to the website is limited to $100.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
8. Changes and contact
